How to Order

Step 1: Find your product

Use the search or the product category menus to find the product you want to buy. Once you have found a product, select the quantity you require, choose colour or size where appropriate and select "Add to Basket".  

The product will then be added to your shopping basket, and you can either continue shopping or click the ‘Buy Now’ button under the shopping basket.

Step 2: VAT Exemption

If you have chosen items that qualify for VAT relief you will see a VAT Exemption screen before you can add to the basket. This option will only show for VAT exemptible products.

If you believe that you are eligible for VAT relief, click the ‘Claim VAT relief on this product’. Your shopping basket will now show a crossed out VAT icon. At the checkout stage, you will be asked to provide a medical condition that qualifies for exemption (only long-term conditions can be exempted from VAT). Delivery is always subject to VAT. 

Step 3: Shopping Basket

Your shopping basket is always visible on product pages. You have the option to change quantities at this stage. If you cannot see the products in the basket, click the small arrow to the right of words 'Shopping Basket' to expand the view and see the basket's contents. If you make a change to a quantity you will need to press the "Update" button.

If you want to continue shopping, you can select one of the product categories in the blue categories bar above. 

If you want to pay for the items in your shopping basket you need to press the "Buy now" button.

Step 4: Checkout

When you reach the checkout, you will have a last opportunity to check and confirm your order and make any changes before going on to checkout. You can choose to login if you have shopped with us before.  People who log in will automatically have their billing and address details completed.  You can choose to make changes to your address details, enter new address information or accept the information provided.

If you are a new customer you will need to complete billing and delivery address details.  You can choose to create an account to save these details for the next time that you shop with us, but you don’t have to do this.

If you want to have your order items delivered to a different address that is not your billing address you will need to press the "Add a Different Delivery Address" button.

You can choose to receive email messages from us in the future containing news, offers and promotions. This is optional. We do not share data with ANYBODY else.

You may be offered the choice of delivery methods and costs on the Checkout screen.

When you are happy with the information that you have entered, check the box that says you have read and understood the terms and conditions and click the ‘Proceed to Secure Server’ button.

Step 6: Payment

We use a secure payment system called "SagePay" to process our website payments. When you have reviewed your order you will be taken to the SagePay website to enter your credit or debit card details.

When your payment has been processed by SagePay you will be returned to our website to finalise your order.

How To Pay

At the Checkout stage you will be prompted to enter your method of payment.  Choose your card type and enter your credit or debit card details onto the secure ‘payment details’ page.

We accept the following online:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Maestro
  • Electron

(Please note we are unable to accept American Express)

Step 7: Order Information Email Messages

Once your payment has been completed you will receive an email message from us as confirmation of the receipt, but not acceptance, of your order.  This will show all of the information you have entered when placing your order including the items you have ordered, your billing address and your delivery address.  This message also includes contact information telling you how to reach us if there are problems with your order.
