Customer Service & Delivery Details

We provide a 24/48 hour delivery service. We maintain the highest possible stock levels and aim to offer the majority of products as available for immediate despatch and delivery.

We will contact you by email if due to stock availability or holidays an order may be delayed. We will state the reason and length of the delay and we will offer the opportunity to cancel an order at this time.

Delivery charges will be added to your order at the following rates:

Orders under £50 Excluding VAT = Delivery charge £4.74 (Inc 20% VAT)

Orders over £50 Excluding VAT = Delivery Charge £7.74 (Inc 20% VAT)
