Since my stroke recently I have been forbidden to drive motor vehicles. Please advise me how to reclaim my licence, because, as you know, the bus and railway services in this part of Hertfordshire are very poor, particularly from West to East of the county. Also the chances of getting a lift are rather remote. Please pass on message to appropriate person/s. Thanks. Best wishes from Len
