Youngsters mean business 6 November 2017 Students from two local schools are top class when it comes to fundraising for HAD.Next door neighbours Commonswood Primary School raised £250 from an enterprise week in the summer and have subsequently decided to support us during our 60th year in 2018. They have already raised £100 from a cake sale and have a variety of fundraising events planned. Meanwhile several sixth form students from Onslow St Audrey's School, Hatfield are fundraising for HAD via the current Welwyn Hatfield Dragons' Apprentice Challenge. The team is made up of Dora Boateman, Aukse Bartusevicinte, Oona Zaharia,Judith Okoro and Vanessa David.Both sets of students have visited the Woodside Centre and been shown exactly what we do and how we do it. The visits were hosted by HAD chief executive Annabelle Waterfield.
